I’ve spent my life solving problems and building things — from tracking down gene mutations that cause blindness, to building skateparks, raising £11 million for my community, and leading a 871-person world record that Guinness called more organized than the Beijing Olympics.
But here’s what I’ve learned: The biggest breakthroughs happen when the right people come together — and build something greater than themselves.
